What areas do you serve?
Balloons by Claudette serves mostly the South Jersey, Gloucester County Area. Areas outside this region are still an option for an additional travel fee.
Delivery Fee
Base rate of $25 or is based on your location at $1.50 mile both ways from Balloons by Claudette LLC studio.
Strike Fee (Required for Rentals)
Base rate of $25 or is based on your location at $1.50 mile both ways from Balloons by Claudette LLC studio. This is a breakdown, cleanup, and/or rental pickup fee.
If rentals are included in the display, the Strike Fee is required for the safety of our clients and the preservation of our inventory.
Installation Fee
Installation fee is 10% of the display subtotal.
Example: 10ft garland x $20 = $200 (10% = $20 Installation Fee)

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
There is no deposit required. Final payment is due at event installation.
CANCELATION POLICY
LIGHT-UP MARQUEE AND BACKDROP RENTAL POLICIES
Damage: The client is responsible for the proper use of rented equipment and will be held accountable for any damage or loss caused by misuse by the client or their guests. The client is also liable for any theft of Balloons by Claudette LLC equipment. All broken or damaged items must be returned. The client will be billed for any damages to the rentals. Additionally, the client will be charged the replacement cost for any equipment not returned to Balloons by Claudette LLC.
Rental Use: The client agrees to the safe and proper use of the rental equipment, ensuring it is used only at the event venue and solely for its intended purpose as installed. The client is responsible for the equipment from the time of setup until pickup and assumes all risk of loss during that period.
What items do you have available for pickup?
Grab + Go balloon garlands, columns, mosaics, light-up marquees, tabletops, centerpieces and helium balloons are all available to be picked up along with some other rentals. An SUV is required for larger pick up items with the seats down and the back completely empty.
How long do your balloons last?
While we cannot make any guarantees, indoor balloon decor this is air-filled balloons can last days, weeks and sometimes even months! Over time balloons will oxidize and the color and shine will be affected as the days go by.
Helium filled balloon have a much shorter lifespan lasting only 3-5 days.
Outdoor balloons are susceptible to the elements and have a higher risk of popping in direct sun.
Lighter colors do best in the sun.
About my balloons.....
Balloons by Claudette only works with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our latex balloons are natural rubber and 100% biodegradable. We ask that you dispose of them properly once popped and NEVER release balloons.
How do you give back?

Safety Waiver
You are assuming the risk of any injury or any damage that may occur through any service or product provided by Balloons by Claudette LLC. This includes, but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, choking or allergies.
Weather Policy
We discourage outdoor balloon installations in extreme heat and cold weather. The heat causes the balloons to expand and pop, while the cold causes deflation. We strongly prefer not install in the rain or strong winds.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. Once your balloons are picked up or installed, Balloons by Claudette LLC cannot guarantee the lifespan of the balloons. We use the highest quality balloons, however, balloons can be adversely affected by factors such as weather or rough handling. We use wall safe hooks and tape if we are not attaching to a permanent fixture. In unexpected circumstances or if improperly removed, there is a risk of wall damage.
Sales Tax
A 6.625% NJ sales tax will be added to every invoice. Tax exempt entities must provide proof of exemption prior to booking.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are conducted on a first come, first serve basis. Balloons by Claudette LLC is unable to hold an event date without review and approval of their provided invoice.
Rentals
All orders containing rentals (including but not limited to wooden backdrops, stands, LED signs, rungs, chairs, furniture, etc.) require a "strike fee" for clean up and/or pickup and/or tear down of the rental equipment. If there are not rentals in the order, the client may opt out of the strike fee.
Strike Fee / Rental Pickup
Once the event as ended, the balloon breakdown is the clients responsibility.
If your balloon design includes any of our rentals, we will pickup and breakdown for a Strike fee depending on location.

Pickup Fee: $1.50 per mile both ways
Rental drop off to our balloon studio is always an option.
